Reflections on the Sacred Scriptures for Lent and the Paschal Triduum
During the Christmas season, parishioners and visitors were invited to take home a gift from the parish, At Home with the Word. This is a publication of the readings for the liturgical year. The Liturgy Committee of the parish decided to reinforce this emphasis on the Word of God by asking parishioners to prepare Lenten reflections on the daily scripture readings.
A reflection on each day’s scripture reading has been prepared, by parishioners, for every day of Lent and for the Paschal Triduum. We hope this will be a way for parishioners to reach out to one another and to the greater community in prayer during this Lenten Season.
